Situated off the coast of Hurghada, Egypt, it is 30 km away by car from El Gouna. That’s why to go to Mahmeya Island from El Gouna needs to be a private yacht only, otherwise, it’s always an option to drive to Hurghada and take a boat from there: group tour or private boat.
